Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the earplugs in their original packaging and secure them in a shipping envelope with the label attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
